Returned items must be in original condition (not worn, not washed, not altered) and all original tags must be attached. Items marked at 50% off or greater “Final Sale” (50% off and greater) will not be accepted for return or exchange or other marked as Final Sale in the product listing. Items returned without tags or not in original condition will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds
All sale items sold at 50% off or more are final sale or marked as final sale.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account.
Shoes are not to be worn nor used and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered a whole part of the product and for this reason they can not be either damaged or used as single external packaging.
Check that all original labels, packaging in/on fabric and product or pending, are perfectly intact and that these are not removed from the garment. Otherwise, we can not assure to accept the returned item because it may no longer be suitable to sell. Shipping charges may be applied to the returning product.
