This is the first time that I’ve purchased something from Boutique Jacques. I’ve actually never heard of this store before. I’m from Vancouver and was looking for quality sport jackets for work with unique colours and patterns. I did not find one in Vancouver. I found one and purchased from the Boutique Jacques online shop and the experience was great. It was the last one of its size (so the inventory tracking was accurate) and the jacket was shipped quickly. The item was packed well and arrived safe and sound today. Based on this experience I just purchased a second sport jacket today.

Order a Robert Barakett t-shirt. Made a mistake in the order. The Boutique picked up on it and called me straight away. Very friendly person and helped me fix the order right away. I asked to have the shipment delayed as I was going to be away and did not want it sitting on the porch. No problem. The person made sure the shipment arrived exactly on the date I requested. Just a great overall experience and I have put Boutique Jacques in my favourites list.
